What makes these results especially meaningful is the context in which they are achieved. As a proudly non-selective school, Dover Court welcomes students with a wide range of starting points, strengths and aspirations. Through personalised learning, academic rigour and targeted support, each student is challenged to aim high and supported to reach their personal best. The Class of 2026 shows what is possible when high expectations are matched with the right support and a strong sense of belonging.

Beyond the numbers, this cohort has demonstrated the qualities that matter most at Dover Court: curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration and compassion. These ensure that students leave not only with strong results but also with the confidence and capabilities for life beyond school.

Rachel Edwards, Head of Secondary, reflected on the cohort's journey:
“Congratulations to the Class of 2026. Your successes over the years and to this moment are countless and extend far beyond these impressive results. We have seen you become fine ambassadors for Dover Court and world-class learners in the IB programme, with the compassion and capacity to do great things in your careers and communities. You have not travelled this road alone, and we thank all staff throughout your education, the Sixth Form team, Year 13 teachers and tutors, our student support team, and all who have helped and nurtured you, your parents and your peers. We wish you every success and look forward to welcoming you back to DCIS in the future.”

Christopher Short, Interim Principal, added:
“It has been a delight to see the fantastic individual achievements of our graduating class. The overall results continue Dover Court’s tradition of being world-beating – a trend that has now been consistent over the last seven years. I wish all our graduates the best as they go on to their chosen next steps.”

As our graduates prepare for their next chapter, they will take a range of next steps around the world, including leading universities, gap years and national service. Our dedicated Careers and Higher Education Guidance team continues to work closely with each student and family, ensuring that every student is guided towards routes that match their interests, strengths and aspirations.

Dover Court remains committed to providing an education that balances academic excellence with holistic development, equipping students with the skills, mindset and values to navigate what comes next.
